Select a coach, day and time based on your availability/preference and the type of lesson.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours cannot be refunded or accommodated.

Tumbling privates and semi-privates are 45 minutes. Please have your athlete arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete their own warm-up before the lesson begins.

• Note: Non-members that book member appointments will be cancelled and refunded.
