Skills Clinic
Our Tumbling & Jump Clinics are focused, skill-specific training sessions designed to help athletes build strong fundamentals, refine technique, and gain confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each clinic is broken down by skill level, allowing athletes to train with others working on similar progressions. Coaches will provide individualized feedback, drills, and progressions appropriate to each athlete within the group.
What to Expect:
- Level-appropriate skill progressions
- Emphasis on proper technique, body position, power, and control
- Stations and drills designed to maximize repetitions and active training time
- Corrections and cues from experienced Renegade coaches
- A positive, structured environment focused on growth and confidence
